Speech by the leader

At the beginning of the annual meeting, Li Bohu, the general manager of NGDE Company, delivered a speech. I would like to extend New Years greetings and festival blessings to the companys board of directors and every colleague present here. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and best wishes to all of you for your efforts and dedication in 2024, as well as to all our partners and friends from all walks of life who have always cared about and supported our development.

At the same time, General Manager Li delivered a speech on his work report. A comprehensive summary and analysis of the work of NGDE in 2024 was conducted, and the guiding direction for the work in 2025 was pointed out. Mr. Li mentioned, "In the past year, NGDE successfully passed the special technical review by the China Electricity Council and the Second Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, and has made remarkable progress in product research and development, marketing and other aspects." In the New Year, we will advance several key tasks. Through cooperation with relevant enterprises, we will seize market opportunities and create new growth points for the company.

The annual meeting also specially set up six major awards, including the 2024 Outstanding Employee Award, New Craftsman Contribution Award, Digital Innovation Pioneer Award, Energy Gathering Team Award, Outstanding Project Team Contribution Award and Outstanding Partner Award, to affirm and praise the long-term dedication and hard work of the employees, and also to express gratitude to the partners for their long-term support.

In 2024, under the severe market tests, all the staff of NGDE united as one, bravely took on challenges, and built glory with their sweat, achieving outstanding results of the year.

At the event site of this years annual meeting, the 2025 annual appointment ceremony was held. The heads of various departments signed the 2025 annual target responsibility statements on the spot, further strengthening their sense of responsibility and laying a solid foundation for the company to achieve its business goals in 2025.

At the annual meeting dinner, all the staff of NGDE and the distinguished guests gathered together. Under the brilliant lights, they shared their beautiful visions for the New Year.

A grand gathering, of course, cannot do without singing and dancing. The companys management team presented a grand chorus of "We Are All Dream Chasers", interpreting the spirit of striving and persistent pursuit on the road of hard work. In addition, the employees from various departments brought a series of wonderful programs such as "Frog Brings Blessings", "Decorating with Lanterns and Streamers", "Beaming with Joy", "Xiao", "APT", "Little Apple", and "Thank You", presenting everyone with a feast for the eyes and ears. It also ignited the atmosphere of the annual meeting, with continuous cheers from the audience!

Meanwhile, the lucky draw activities that combined anticipation and surprises were interspersed among the programs. Round after round of lucky draws made the cheers on the spot grow louder and louder.
