Accompanied by the leaders of NGDE, the visiting guests first visited the production workshop of gel solid-state lithium batteries, learning about the main production processes and manufacturing procedures of gel solid-state lithium batteries. They also took samples of the products on the spot and conducted a full-charge needle-puncture safety test verification in the NGDE safety laboratory. The sampled products did not smoke or catch fire during the needle-puncture process We jointly witnessed the high safety performance of gel solid-state lithium battery products.

General Manager Li Bohu gave a brief introduction to the development history, technological achievements and industrial layout of NGDE to the visiting guests at the exchange meeting. The new composite gel solid-state lithium battery technology and products of NGDE have been evaluated by the academician expert group of the China Electricity Council as leading in China. Compared with traditional liquid lithium batteries, gel solid-state batteries have core advantages such as higher safety, higher rate, wider temperature range and ultra-long life in terms of structural design, material properties, process innovation and product features. The relevant products have passed the national mandatory standard tests and efficiently passed the trial benchmarking verification in various high-end application scenarios, taking the leading position in the industry.
