On March 28th, Xiamen New Generation of Digital Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "NGDE") and Zhongke Andun (Xiamen) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., LTD. (referred to as "Zhongke Andun") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides will further deepen the friendly cooperative relationship. At the signing ceremony, Li Bohu, the general manager of NGDE, and Liu Lizhao, the general manager of Zhongke Andun, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. Focusing on the demands of high-rate discharge and low-temperature performance optimization of unmanned aerial vehicles, they will jointly develop customized battery solutions and create an industry-leading "power + flight control" technology system. Second, the implementation of scenario-based applications: Pilot innovative solutions in scenarios such as logistics distribution, agricultural plant protection, and emergency rescue, and promote the large-scale application of the "drone + solid-state battery" combination in the low-altitude economic field. Third, ecological co-construction and sharing should be carried out in collaboration with upstream and downstream enterprises to jointly build a low-altitude economic industrial ecosystem, helping both sides seize the development opportunities of "new quality productivity" in Xiamen.

Relying on research institutions such as the National Engineering Research Center for Rapid Manufacturing under the National Development and Reform Commission and the Beijing Institute of Knowledge Engineering Technology of the China Association for Science and Technology, Zhongke Andun is committed to the research and development, design, production and sales of new military-civilian dual-use unmanned aerial vehicle intelligent equipment covering multiple scenarios such as traffic management, fire extinguishing, property security and military applications.
